As Director and Founder of TAP Hydraulic Consulting, Matt brings over 12 years of consulting engineering experience and a technically focused approach to hydraulic design, supported by a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with Honours. He specialises in delivering compliant, well-coordinated hydraulic solutions from concept through to construction, producing high-quality documentation that reduces risk, supports approvals, and ensures successful project outcomes.

As Director and Founder of TAP Hydraulic Consulting, Ben brings over 15 years of experience across commercial construction, site delivery, and building services engineering, giving him a strong understanding of how hydraulic systems are installed and coordinated on site. His construction-led approach focuses on practical, buildable designs, clear coordination, detailed Revit modelling, and efficient project delivery across commercial, fit-out, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects.
